Mayor Jorge O. Elorza announced on Feb. 27 that Providence Talks, a program in partnership with the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø School of Continuing Studies and the City of Providence, has reached more than 2,500 children, accounting for 20 percent of the city’s eligible population.
